Liability for Content

The content on our webpages have been created with a lot of care. Nonetheless, we are not liable for its accuracy, integrity and topicality. As service providers we are responsible for the content of our pages, according to § 7 Abs. 1 TMG.

According to §§ 8 to 10 TMG however, we are not obligated to control saved external information or to investigate possible unlawful activities. Obligations to remove or block the usage of information according to general law stays unaffected. Liability in this case is only possible after a specific unlawful action has been revealed. In case of any unlawful action, we will remove the corresponding content immediately.

Liability for Links

Our service includes links to external third-party webpages whose content is outside of our influence. We thus offer no warranty for external content. The corresponding service providers of external pages are themselves responsible for the content of their webpages. The webpages have been checked vis-à-vis their lawfulness during the time of the creation of a link on our webpage. Unlawful content has not been discovered at that point. A permanent content control without an evidence for unlawfulness is not feasible. In case we receive note of any unlawful content on the external webpages we will remove their links.
